PRODUCT USES: Main use for Slumber oil blend is in a diffuser, use about 3-5 drops and distilled water. Oil blend can be added to a bath for a very calming aromatherapy experience. Be careful to not go so heavy, again only 2-3 drops max. Great for helping children fall asleep faster and stay asleep. Blend can be used to calm stressed out dogs who do not like storms, fireworks, etc. Be careful when being used around cats, lavender is toxic when consumed. Helps ease insomnia.
