HOW TO USE: Can be easily applied with the "deodorant" style tube on lower and upper back, shoulders, legs, arms and overall anywhere there is muscle pain. Quickly eases tension in less then 3 minutes. Overall about a 10-15 minute icy cool and hot sensation on skin. This allows for muscles to loosen and relax. Do a test patch before regular use. Discontinue use if any irritation occurs.
