HOW TO USE: This blend can be sprayed on linens or into the air to help facilitate a restful nights sleep for individuals of all ages. Can also be used on canines bedding and collars to help ease anxiety. Spray on face and body to use as a toner. If new to Essential Oils we recommend a test patch on skin before regular use.
